1 SKYRIUS – ELEKTRONINĖS PARDUOTUVĖS NUOSTATOS
Sutikdami su šiomis Paslaugų teikimo sąlygomis patvirtinate, kad esate sulaukęs pilnametystės pagal savo rezidavimo šalies įstatymus, arba kad esate sulaukęs pilnametystės ir suteikiate leidimą savo nepilnamečiams vaikams/globotiniams naudotis mūsų svetainės paslaugomis. Jūs neturite teisės naudoti mūsų produkcija jokiems nelegaliems ar neleistiniems tikslams, taip pat naudodamiesi mūsų paslaugomis negalite pažeidinėti jokių įstatymų (įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant autorių teisių apsaugos įstatymą), galiojančių Jūsų rezidavimo šalyje. 2 SKYRIUS – BENDROSIOS NUOSTATOS
Bet kada ir bet kam galime atsisakyti teikti paslaugas dėl bet kokios priežasties. Jūs suprantate, kas jūsų turinys, išskyrus kreditinių kortelių duomenis, gali būti perduodamas nekoduotas ir (a) gali būti siunčiamas įvairiais tinklais; (b) gali būti keičiamas, kad atitiktų tam tikrų tinklų ar įrenginių techninius reikalavimus. Kreditinių kortelių duomenys perdavimo per tinklą metu visada yra užkoduojami. Jūs sutinkate neatkartoti, nekopijuoti, nedubliuoti, neparduoti, neperparduoti jokios mūsų Paslaugų dalies, naudojimosi paslaugomis dalies ar prieigos prie paslaugų ar jokių kontaktinių duomenų, esančių svetainėje, kuri teikia paslaugas, be išankstinio raštiško mūsų sutikimo. Pavadinimai, vartojami šiose paslaugų teikimo sąlygose, pateikiami tik patogumo dėlei ir neapriboja, nekeičia šių sąlygų.
3 SKYRIUS – INFORMACIJOS TIKSLUMAS, IŠSAMUMAS IR PATEIKIMAS LAIKU
Mes nesame atsakingi už tai, kad informacija prieinama šioje svetainėje nėra tiksli, išsami ar galiojanti. 5 SKYRIUS – PREKĖS IR PASLAUGOS

6 SKYRIUS – MOKĖJIMO IR SĄSKAITŲ INFORMACIJOS TIKSLUMAS
Pasiliekame teisę atsisakyti bet kokio užsakymo, kurį mums pateikiate. Galime savo nuožiūra riboti ar atšaukti kiekius, įsigytus vieno žmogaus, vieno namų ūkio, vienos šeimos arba apteiktus viename užsakyme. Užsakymų apribojimai gali būti taikomi konkrečiai vartotojo paskyrai, tai pačiai kreditinei kortelei ir / ar užsakymams, kurių adresas sąskaitoms/pristatymo adresas yra tas pats. Taikydami užsakymo apribojimus ar anuliuodami užsakymą galime bandyti apie tai pranešti Jums el. paštu ir /ar adresu sąskaitoms / telefono numeriu, nurodytu pateikiant užsakymą. Pasiliekame teisę apriboti ar drausti užsakymus, kuriuos, mūsų nuomone, pateikia dileriai, perpardavinėtojai ar platintojai. Jūs sutinkate pateikti naujausią, išsamią ir teisingą pirkinių ir sąskaitų informaciją, visiems pirkiniams mūsų el. parduotuvėje. Mes neįsipareigojame ir neįsipareigosime (1) laikyti jokių komentarų konfidencialiais; (2) mokėti kompensacijų už jokius komentarus; (3) atsakinėti į komentarus. Mes galime, tačiau neįsipareigojame, stebėti, redaguoti ar pašalinti turinį, kuris, mūsų nuomone, pažeidžia įstatymus, yra įžeidžiantis, grasinantis, šmeižikiškas, pornografinis, nepadorus, nepriimtinas ar pažeidžiantis bet kurios šalies intelektualinę nuosavybę ar šias paslaugų teikimo sąlygas. 12 SKYRIUS – NAUDOJIMO DRAUDIMAS
Be kitų draudimų, minimų šiose Paslaugų teikimo sąlygose, Jums draudžiama svetainę ir / ar joje pateikiamą turinį naudoti: (a) bet kokiam neteisėtam tikslui; (b) siekiant kitus įkalbėti atlikti ar dalyvauti bet kokioje neteisėtoje veikloje; (c) pažeidžiant bet kokius tarptautinius, valstybinius, savivaldos įstatymus, taisykles ar vietinius įsakymus; (d) kėsintis į arba pažeisti mūsų, ar kitų asmenų intelektualinės nuosavybės teises; (e) siekiant priekabiauti, piktnaudžiauti, įžeisti, pažeisti, apšmeižti, sumenkinti, bauginti ar diskriminuoti kitus asmenis dėl jų lyties, seksualinės orientacijos, religijos, kilmės, rasės, amžiaus ar negalios; (f) klaidingai ar neteisingai pateikiant informaciją; (g) įkeliant ar perduodant virusus ar kitos rūšies kenksmingą kodą, kuris bus ar gali būti panaudotas bet kokiu būdu paveikti Paslaugų teikimo ar bet kurios susijusios svetainės, svetainių ar interneto veiklą; (h) siekiant rinkti ir sekti asmeninius kitų asmenų duomenis; el. šlamštui siųsti, duomenims išvilioti (phishing), svetainės srautui nukreipti (pharm), pretekstingui (pretext), spaideringui (spider), ar svetainių nuskaitymui (crawl) ar skreipingui (scrape); (j) bet kokiam nepadoriam ar nemoraliam tikslui; (k) siekiant trukdyti ar apeiti Paslaugos ar bet kurios susijusios svetainės, kitų svetainių ar interneto apsaugą. Pasiliekame teisė panaikinti galimybę Jums naudotis Paslaugomis ar bet kuria susijusia svetaine, jei nesilaikysite šių draudimų.
13 SKYRIUS – GARANTIJŲ ATSISAKYMAS, ATSAKOMYBĖS APRIBOJIMAS
Negarantuojame, neteigiame ir neužtikriname, kad Jūs galėsite naudotis mūsų paslaugomis nepertraukiamai, laiku ir be klaidų. Neužtikriname, kad naudojantis mūsų paslaugomis pasieksite tikslių ir patikimų rezultatų. Jūs sutinkate, kad kartais galime sustabdyti paslaugų teikimą neribotam laikui ar atšaukti paslaugų teikimą visai, apie tai Jūsų neinformuodami. Jūs aiškiai patvirtinate, kad už naudojimąsi paslaugomis, ar negebėjimą jomis naudotis atsakote asmeniškai patys. Visos paslaugos, kuriomis naudojatės mūsų svetainėje yra teikiamos tokios, “kokios yra”, be jokių pateiktų ar numanomų garantijų ar kitų sąlygų, įskaitant numanomas garantijas ar pardavimo sąlygas, kokybę, tinkamumą konkrečiam tikslui, patvarumą, pavadinimą ir nepažeidžiamumą, išskyrus atvejus, kai mes aiškiai tai pranešame, kad yra kitaip. Jokiu atveju Yager Group Lenkija, mūsų vadovai, pareigūnai, darbuotojai, partneriai, agentai, rangovai, praktikantai, tiekėjai, paslaugų teikėjai ar licencijų davėjai nebus atsakingi už susižeidimus, praradimą, pareiškimus ar jokius tiesioginius, netiesioginius, netyčinius, baudžiamuosius, ypatinguosius ar pasekmes turinčius bet kokios rūšies pažeidimus, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, prarastą pelną, pajamas, santaupas, duomenis, atkūrimo išlaidas ar kitus panašius nuostolius, ar sutartyje numatytus civilinės teisės pažeidimus (įskaitant aplaidumą), griežtos atsakomybės, kylančios dėl jūsų naudojimosi bet kuria paslauga ar bet kokiu produktu, įsigytu naudojantis Paslaugomis, ar dėl bet kokio kito skundo, bet kokiu būdu susijusio su jūsų naudojamomis paslaugomis ar produktais, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, bet kokias klaidas ar trūkumus bet kuriame turinyje, ar dėl bet kokio praradimo, atsiradusio siunčiant, perduodant ar kitaip padarant prieinamą paslaugą ar produktą jums naudojantis paslaugomis, net jei buvote apie tai perspėti. Kadangi kai kurios valstijos ar regionai neleidžia atsisakyti ar atsiriboti nuo atsakomybės dėl tyčinių ar netyčinių nuostolių, tose valstijose ar regionuose mūsų atsakomybė bus apribota pagal maksimaliai leidžiamas apimtis, remiantis to regiono įstatymais.
14 SKYRIUS – NUOSTOLIŲ ATLYGINIMAS
Jūs sutinkate atlyginti žalą, ginti ir nekenkti Yager Group Lenkija ir mūsų motininėms bei dukterinėms kompanijoms, partneriams, pareigūnams, vadovams, agentams, rangovams, licencijų davėjams, paslaugų teikėjams, subrangovams, praktikantams ir darbuotojams, iš jų nieko nereikalauti ir atlyginti nuostolius, įskaitant protingus mokesčius teisininkams, pareikštus dėl jūsų atliktų šių Paslaugų teikimo sąlygų, ar su jomis susijusių dokumentų pažeidimų, ar dėl jūsų padarytų bet kokių kitų įstatymų ar trečiųjų šalių teisių pažeidimų.
15 SKYRIUS – NESUTAPIMAS SU ĮSTATYMAIS
Jei nustatoma, kad tam tikros šių Paslaugų teikimo sąlygų nuostatos prieštarauja galiojantiems įstatymams, yra negaliojančios ar neįvykdomos, tokių nuostatų vis tiek bus laikomasi, kiek tai leidžia taikomi įstatymai, o neįvykdoma nuostatų dalis bus laikoma atskirta nuo šių paslaugų teikimo sąlygų. Toks sprendimas neturės įtakos kitų nuostatų galiojimui ir vykdymui.
16 SKYRIUS – GALIOJIMO NUTRAUKIMAS
Šalių įsipareigojimai ir atsakomybė, atsiradę prieš nutraukimo datą išliks ir po šios sutarties nutraukimo dėl bet kokios priežasties. Šios paslaugų teikimo sąlygos galioja iki ją nutrauksime mes arba Jūs. Jūs šią sutartį galite nutraukti bet kada, iš anksto pranešę, kad nebenorite naudotis mūsų paslaugomis, arba tiesiog nebesinaudodami mūsų svetaine. Jei, mūsų nuomone, jums nesilaikysite, ar mes įtarsime, kad nesilaikote bet kurios iš nuostatų, išdėstytų šiose Paslaugų teikimo sąlygose, mes galime nutraukti sutartį bet kuriuo metu be atskiro pranešimo, ir visa atsakomybė dėl iki sutarties nutraukimo dienos nesumokėtų pinigų teks jums; ir / arba atitinkamai galime panaikinti Jūsų prieigą prie Paslaugų ar bet kurios jų dalies.
17 SKYRIUS – VISA SUTARTIS
Jei mes nesugebėsime vykdyti ar įgyvendinti kažkurios šių Paslaugų teikimo sąlygų teisės ar nuostatos, tai nereikš, kad tos teisės ar nuostatos yra atsisakyta. Šios Paslaugų teikimo sąlygos ir visa politika ar vykdymo taisyklės, kurias mes skelbiame šioje svetainėje, yra neatsiejamos sutarties dalys. Tai susitarimas tarp Jūsų ir mūsų, kuris reguliuoja Jūsų naudojimąsi Paslaugomis ir pakeičia visus ankstesnius žodinius ar rašytinius susitarimus, ryšius ir pasiūlymus tarp Jūsų ir mūsų (įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, ankstesnes Paslaugų teikimo sąlygas). Bet kokios šių Paslaugų teikimo sąlygų interpretacijos dviprasmybės negali būti aiškinamos sąlygas rašiusios šalies nenaudai.
18 SKYRIUS – ĮSTATYMŲ GALIOJIMAS
Šios Paslaugų teikimo sąlygos ir bet kokie atskiri susitarimai, kuriais remiantis mes Jums teikiame Paslaugas, paremti ir vadovaujasi įstatymais, galiojančiais Internet Services Corporation Polska Sp. Z.o.o. /Warszawa, ul Bialaziora 1, 02-817
19 SKYRIUS – PASLAUGŲ TEIKIMO SĄLYGŲ PAKEITIMAI
Naujausią paslaugų teikimo sąlygų redakciją bet kuriuo metu galite pasitikrinti šiame puslapyje. Pasiliekame teisę savo nuožiūra keisti, atnaujinti ar pakeisti bet kurią šių Paslaugų teikimo sąlygų dalį, skelbiant pakeitimus ir atnaujinimus mūsų svetainėje.
